Q: What kind of payment options do you accept

  • Bank deposit to Maybank

For Malaysian buyers only: If you wire transfer the payment to Maybank, kindly fill up the recipient email address column so that we can receive the payment notification from your bank.  If you would like to cash deposit the payment, kindly email us the payment reference number.


Q: How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?
Malaysia shipping
RM6 for buyer from both East and West Malaysia for order below RM150.  Free Shipping for order above RM150.  Shipping method is registered mail with a tracking number.  Please email for shipping quotation if you prefer to ship via Poslaju.
International shipping
Flat rate shipping of US$6.80 worldwide for order below US$20.  US$12 shipping for order from US$20 to US49.99.  US$20 for order from US$50 to US$99.99.  We will weigh the package to advice the shipping for order above US$100.

Q: How secure is shopping with Jewelrina.com ?

One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.

Q: I have a user account with Jewelrina.com but forgot my password, what should I do ?
It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with Jewelrina.com. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

Q: I have a user account with Jewelrina.com, how do I change my personal info and shipping address ?
Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.

Q: Can I buy from Jewelrina.com without creating an account ?
Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.
